How Our Templates Work

WorkSmart Templates provides digital template resources designed to help NDIS providers, OSHC services, educators, support workers and small service-based organisations create clearer, more organised documentation.

Our templates are designed to provide a practical starting structure. They are editable, flexible and intended to be reviewed and customised before use.

Before You Use a Template

Templates are designed to provide a practical starting structure only.

Before using a template, please review, customise and adapt it to suit your:

  • service type;

  • registration status;

  • participants, clients or children supported;

  • workers and roles;

  • location;

  • branding;

  • internal procedures;

  • current laws and regulations;

  • relevant NDIS, OSHC, education, WHS, privacy or safeguarding requirements;

  • and how your service actually operates.

The final document should reflect your own service, not simply remain as a generic template.

Product Updates

WorkSmart Templates is progressively reviewing and updating products so more resources include additional file formats where suitable, such as Microsoft Word documents, PDF copies, Canva links and PowerPoint files.

This process takes time, so please check each product description carefully to confirm exactly what is included before purchase.
