Digital Delivery (Shipping) Policy

Overview

At WorkSmart Templates, all products are digital products. No physical items are shipped.

After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to your purchased digital product through a downloadable access file. This access file contains the Canva template link for your purchased template.

Most templates can be accessed and customised immediately using a free Canva account.

Delivery Method

Your purchased digital product will be delivered electronically through the checkout/download process and may also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

The download will usually include an access file containing your Canva template link.

To use your template:

1. Open the access file after purchase.
2. Click the Canva template link provided.
3. Select “Use Template” or “Use this template” in Canva.
4. Customise the template to suit your service or business.

If you do not already have a Canva account, you can create one for free at www.canva.com.

PDF or Word Version Requests

WorkSmart Templates primarily supplies templates as Canva-editable digital products.

If you would prefer a PDF or Word version, please email worksmarttemplates@gmail.com after your purchase has been completed.

Please allow up to 7 business days for PDF or Word requests to be prepared.

PDF or Word versions may have limited editability compared with the Canva version. The Canva version is the fastest option and can usually be accessed immediately after purchase.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed automatically with 0 days handling time once payment has been successfully completed.

  • Canva access files are usually available immediately after purchase.

  • PDF or Word version requests are processed manually and may take up to 7 business days to prepare.

  • No physical handling, postage, or shipping is required.

International Purchases

WorkSmart Templates digital products are available online and may be purchased from different locations.

 

No physical shipping $0 fees apply because all products are delivered electronically.

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring they can access Canva and open digital files in their location before purchasing.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you do not receive or cannot access your download file, please first check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address used at checkout is correct.

 

If you still cannot access your file, please contact worksmarttemplates@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

 

We will assist by checking the order and, where appropriate, reissuing access to the purchased digital product.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. For faulty, corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible digital products, we may provide a replacement file, repair, suitable remedy, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Refunds will only be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law, including where a product is faulty, not as described, or cannot be accessed due to an issue that cannot be resolved.

Delivery Cost

All WorkSmart Templates products are delivered electronically. There are no physical shipping fees, postage fees, or handling fees. Digital delivery is $0.
