No — you do not need Canva Pro to use WorkSmart Templates. All templates are designed to be opened and edited using a free Canva account. You can customise the text, headings, colours, fonts, layout, logos, and service details without needing a paid Canva subscription. Canva Pro is optional. Some users may choose Canva Pro for extra design features, brand kits, or premium Canva elements, but it is not required to access or edit the template. No design experience is needed. The templates are created to be practical, easy to follow, and simple to customise.

After purchase, you will be taken to a download page where you can download your access file. Your access file includes a direct Canva template link. Click the link, then select “Use Template” or “Use this template” in Canva to open your editable copy. You can start customising the template using a free Canva account. If you do not already have a Canva account, you can create one for free at www.canva.com. You will also receive an emailed download link, which is available for 30 days.

Yes — all WorkSmart Templates are fully customisable in Canva. You can edit the text, colours, headings, sections, layout, logos, images, and service details to suit your organisation, branding, and documentation needs. No design experience is needed. The templates are created to be simple, practical, and easy to update. Please review and customise each template carefully to make sure it suits your service, location, policies, procedures, and current requirements.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind. For faulty, corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible digital products, we may provide a replacement file, repair, suitable remedy, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be able to access and use your purchase successfully. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Most customers can start customising the text, colours, headings, logos, and layout straight away using a free Canva account. If you need help learning how to use Canva, Canva provides free tutorials and help articles online. If you have trouble accessing your purchased template or opening the Canva link, please email worksmarttemplates@gmail.com and we will assist with basic access support.

Yes — some templates may be available as a PDF or Word version by request after purchase. WorkSmart Templates products are supplied as Canva-editable templates with instant access through an access file containing your Canva template link. If you would prefer a PDF or Word version, please email worksmarttemplates@gmail.com after your purchase has been completed. Please allow up to 2 business days for PDF or Word requests to be prepared. Please note that PDF or Word versions may have limited editability compared with the Canva version.

Yes — you can use your purchased template for your own personal or business use. You may make copies and customise the template for your own service or organisation. However, the template, access file, and Canva link must not be shared, resold, redistributed, or provided to another person or business.

The Canva template link is provided for use by the purchaser and their own organisation only. You may use the template internally within your service or business, but you must not publicly share, resell, redistribute, or give the template link to another organisation or third party.
